Fresh scallop ceviche with homemade plantain chips
(veggie option: grilled and tossed corn)
-Birria
(veggie option: grilled portebello tacos with a sesame chili glaze)
If you haven’t had birria before, think of it as small beef quesadillas that you dip into a slow cooked beef broth. The tortillas are crispy, the cheese and beef are melted and tender. And the soup balances it all out by being your dipping sauce and soaking broth. There is no wrong way to eat birria, just get in there and don’t wear a white shirt 🙂
