Spiritus Vitae invites all young adults from the Archdiocese of Toronto to join us on February 16 at Merciful Redeemer Parish for a night of adoration and confessions along with praise and worship led by iv24. Join us as we continue in our journey of preparing for Lent. Dive deeper with us!

Spiritus Vitae is a Young Adult Ministry in the Western Region of the Archdiocese of Toronto. Our mission is to engage, inspire and evangelize the young adults (ages 19-35) in our local parishes in order that that they may respond to our Lord’s call, be strengthened in the Catholic faith and share in the Sacraments.
