Mystic Message is leading a Crystal Energy Meditation Circle to access higher energy by using crystals during meditation to establish connections with inner self and higher frequencies to unblock stagnation.
We will be connecting with Solar energy with crystal activation.Sound Healing with singing crystal bowls and other instruments will be used.
Guided grounding meditation will be lead by GIselle (Crystal Healer and Sound Healer)
Guided Journey Meditatin will be lead by Mer (Reiki Master).
Please bring a yoga mat, small pillow and throw blanket for comfort.
